With Correos a tracking code is provided for international shipments. But if the country of destination does not enter this code in their system may be the case that the order can not be tracked.

If for some reason you receive a Bottesi item that is damaged at no fault of your own, please contact Bottesi at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the Invoice date. Please provide a photo and explanation of the damage. Bottesi will either refund or replace your item at no charge in case that the order was send with FedEx.
In case you did the order with Correos we will not return the order in this cases:
