All shipments made with EXPRESS SHIPPING can be located at any time with your tracking number. In addition, in case the shipment is lost, we will resend the product or refund the full amount of the order. The order will be sent with DHL or UPS. You will receive all the info to your email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
Shipping times refer to working days. Your order may be delayed due to national holidays or possible customs blockages. Shipments are made only from Monday to Friday. Some countries may have problems importing or receiving products from Spain. If the order is returned due to a customs blockage, the cost of reshipping the order will be paid by the customer.

With Correos a tracking code is provided for international shipments. But if the country of destination does not enter this code in their system may be the case that the order can not be tracked. We are not responsible in the event that the order is lost or delayed.
Transit times may be affected if your order is blocked at customs, or for other reasons. Shipments made with Correos.es do not have a delivery date.

For orders with a minimum of 150€ we will send your products for free with Express Shipping.
If for some reason you receive a Bottesi item that is damaged at no fault of your own, please contact Bottesi at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the Invoice date. Please provide a photo and explanation of the damage. Bottesi will either refund or replace your item at no charge in case that the order was send with DHL.
In case you did the order with Correos, we will not return the damaged order in this cases.
If you are not happy with the product received, you can claim the return by sending the product back to us.
If you placed the order with Correos.es the shipping costs for the return of the order must be paid by the customer, and after receiving the product in our office, we will refund the total amount, except shipping and return costs. If customs expenses occur, to reintroduce the order in Spain they will be paid by the customer.
For orders processed with Express Shipping you will receive in your email a document to devour the products.
Personalized products cannot be returned.
CUSTOMS TAXES – IMPORT TAXES
The person who will place the order must be informed and know the duties, taxes and other expenses to import the products sold on the web www.bottesi.es
The client will pay all the expenses derived from the importation of the products. If they are retained or returned, the customer must pay the shipping costs to send the order again.
