Kalaka Strainer
Kalaka strainer is the reissue of one of Bottesi’s most emblematic strainers.
In 2014, our first strainer was launched, which had a Mexican Kalaka in its central part. After this great success, we have recovered and adapted the format and design.
The way it is manufactured allows the strainer to be used as a stencil for your cocktails. In this way you can draw the eye of providence on top of your sour cocktails.
This new strainer manufactured entirely in Bottesi’s workshops is sanded by hand and the edges are polished to make it more comfortable to work with. This strainer can be personalized for free by engraving the text you want on the handle on the front or back side.
Bones and skulls are a recurring element in our designs. They are the perfect symbol that represents the immortal part of the body. The soul. You can see these elements in products like the Ossuary Jigger or the Skull Spoon.
