For this new edition, of which only 7 units have been manufactured, the surface of the strainer has been hammered to give it a hammered effect, this process hardens the metal, makes it finer and gives it a shiny finish.
Cefas, is designed based on the history of San Pedro. What gives name to the inverted cross or cross of cefas.
